This summer, I've enjoyed plenty of burgers and hot dogs, but as the seasons shift, I'm eager to embrace healthier alternatives. While I'm not ready to abandon my summer favorites, it's time to introduce some nutritious options for busy weeknights.

Today's dish replaces the classic beef patty with lean ground chicken, and instead of a buttery bun, fresh bibb lettuce wraps hold everything together, complemented by vibrant Asian herbs and spices for an extra burst of flavor.
Interested in a lighter take on your beloved burger? Read on to discover just how simple this recipe is.

Grilling can feel overwhelming on a weeknight, so we prefer using a handy cast iron grill pan to achieve the same delicious results right on the stovetop.
This dish is not only perfect for a quick weeknight meal but also makes a fantastic customizable main course for a relaxed dinner gathering. Pair it with a refreshing drink, and you're all set.
