  • 1 cup honey
  • 6 sprigs rosemary, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 3 cups bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons maple extract
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ice ring (instructions below)
  • orange slices

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine honey, rosemary, and 1 cup of water. Heat until simmering, then cool and strain out the rosemary.
  • Mix the honey syrup with orange juice, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract in a pitcher. Add ice to chill.
  • Serve in a punch bowl over the ice ring, garnishing each glass with orange slices and rosemary.

Orange and Rosemary Ice Ring


Ingredients

  • orange slices
  • rosemary sprigs
  • bundt pan

Instructions

  1. Fill the bundt pan one-third full with water. Add orange slices and rosemary, then freeze for 3-4 hours.
  2. When the first layer is solid, repeat the process for a second layer, and then a third.
  3. To release the ice ring, run warm water over the outside of the bundt pan until it loosens.
