- 1 cup honey
- 6 sprigs rosemary, plus extra for garnish
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 3 cups bourbon
- 2 teaspoons maple extract
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ice ring (instructions below)
- orange slices
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine honey, rosemary, and 1 cup of water. Heat until simmering, then cool and strain out the rosemary.
- Mix the honey syrup with orange juice, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract in a pitcher. Add ice to chill.
- Serve in a punch bowl over the ice ring, garnishing each glass with orange slices and rosemary.
Orange and Rosemary Ice Ring
Ingredients
- orange slices
- rosemary sprigs
- bundt pan
Instructions
- Fill the bundt pan one-third full with water. Add orange slices and rosemary, then freeze for 3-4 hours.
- When the first layer is solid, repeat the process for a second layer, and then a third.
- To release the ice ring, run warm water over the outside of the bundt pan until it loosens.
