Inge Theron is dedicated to helping women embrace their beauty, confidence, and comfort, echoing Beyoncé's sentiment of feeling cozy in our own skin. During her time as a beauty writer, she realized that many treatments left her feeling worse, prompting her to question the time and money spent on them. This led to the creation of FaceGym.
If you’re not among the nearly 800K followers of FaceGym, prepare for a shift in your skincare journey. FaceGym is changing the landscape by prioritizing skin health, metabolism, and facial fitness. For Inge, building a transformative brand means educating people on techniques to keep their skin radiant from within.

As she puts it, “Our mission is to empower you with the ultimate skin confidence through our workouts, products, and tools.” Through her venture, Inge is committed to providing women access to resources that help them feel as beautiful as they look.
Although a globetrotter keeping pace with evolving beauty trends, Inge values her home routine. This structure keeps her anchored, allowing her to fully appreciate each day.
“Taking time for yourself each day is crucial—whether in the morning or evening, just five minutes can make a significant difference.”
Inge's beauty regimen is detailed and filled with innovative techniques. Yet, she emphasizes the importance of inner work, incorporating practices like manifesting and chanting into her life. Read on to learn more about Inge Theron’s morning habits.

What inspired you to create a mission-driven brand?
FaceGym is built on the idea of boosting self-confidence. We start with the belief that you are amazing and aim to support your growth into the best version of yourself. After a decade as a beauty and wellness journalist, I found that many treatments left me feeling inadequate.
I wanted to shift the damaging narrative prevalent in the beauty industry. When you visit a FaceGym location or utilize our products and techniques at home, we strive to help you discover genuine confidence.
It’s like that exhilarating feeling you get post-workout, but for your face.

What’s been your biggest lesson this past year?
The most significant lesson I learned over the last year is the essence of teamwork. Surrounding yourself with passionate, innovative individuals is vital to success. I’m fortunate to have a team that shares my vision and supports my commitment to achieving our goals.
As a leader, it’s essential to cultivate the environment you desire. Confidence is crucial for yourself and in empowering others. Instilling confidence within your team encourages creativity and drives success.
If you could attribute your success to one element, what would it be?
My self-belief. A guiding mantra of mine is, if you can’t envision it, you can’t achieve it. You must visualize yourself as a leader, see yourself in charge, and always keep that vision alive.
Commitment is necessary; you can’t be half-hearted. You need to want it intensely, allowing your passion to carry you through challenges. Remember your motivation: that passion will propel you during tough times.
Believe in yourself, trust that solutions exist, and know you can achieve your goals.

Inge Theron Reveals Her Morning Routine
What time do you wake up?
I typically wake around 6:15 a.m. I like to rise early to have an hour to myself before my daughters wake up at 7. I aim for eight hours of sleep each night, but I’d love ten.

What’s the first thing you do each morning?
I kick off my day with a trio of beverages: hot water with lemon, green juice—usually celery juice—and a piping hot oat milk cappuccino. I fast until lunch, so these drinks serve as my breakfast. This is also when I take my daily supplements, including vitamin B complex and vitamin C.
What rituals set you up for success?
My morning routine includes meditation, manifesting, journaling, and chanting. I practice these every day to ensure I start my day with a positive mindset, preparing for a successful day ahead.
I recently started using Veri, a glucose monitor that tracks blood glucose levels, providing insights into my metabolism and detecting inflammation that may lead to early aging.

“My essential morning tool is our Active Roller, the most advanced micro-needling device available. We have three types: Brightening, Youthful, and Hydrating, and I choose based on my skin's needs each day. For hydration, I opt for Hydrating. If I need a radiance boost, I choose Brightening. For anti-aging, my pick is Youthful. A key tip: don’t forget to roll your lips for a natural plump and smoothing effect, great for fine lines around the mouth.”
Shop Now“To finish my daytime prep, I apply Liftwear, which I like to call 'shapewear for the face.' This gel-cream moisturizer enhances your skin’s metabolism, firms your skin's appearance, and boosts radiance.”

What do you keep on your nightstand?
“I always have the book I’m currently reading and a few FaceGym products nearby—I can’t be far from my favorites. My spiritual side thrives on positivity, so I also keep a Buddha statue for tranquility and Tingsha bells for meditation.”
What’s your favorite getting-ready playlist?
My daughters love Dua Lipa, so that’s our go-to soundtrack!

Do you exercise in the morning?
I start my day with gentle stretching to release tension and warm my body. After dropping my daughters off at school, I often fast-walk home to increase my daily steps. I practice reformer pilates twice a week and Ashtanga yoga weekly.
What’s always in your fridge?
You’ll find plenty of avocados and caviar. I also stock quality red wine. Plus, I keep my Multi-Sculpt in the fridge for a refreshing morning sculpt.
I take Symprove daily, so I keep that in the fridge too. It’s a probiotic supplement that supports gut health and the microbiome.

What’s your daily attire?
I often wear athleisure, and my go-to outfit is usually head-to-toe Stella McCartney: joggers, jumpsuits, and sneakers. I admire her designs for being both sustainable and comfortable.
If you had an extra hour each morning, how would you spend it?
I’d dedicate it to meditation. It used to be a significant part of my life before having children, and now it’s something I miss dearly. There just aren’t enough hours in the day.
What do you do daily to live mindfully?
I value manifesting and prayer, taking a moment for each throughout my day—whether in the morning, at lunch, or before bed. I reflect on what I’m thankful for today and envision my future aspirations.
