Ingredients
2 cups raw, unsalted mixed nuts
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of garam masala
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Black pepper, to taste
2 1/2 cups small pretzels
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow them to cool slightly, keeping the oven on.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, spices, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Add the nuts, stirring to coat, then fold in the pretzels, cranberries, and pepitas. Mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes, stirring every 6 minutes for even cooking. Once done, let it cool on a rack. Serve it as a delightful snack with holiday drinks!
