How has your heritage shaped your approach to wellness and cooking?

A quote from His Holiness Radhanath Swami sparked my passion for sharing my knowledge with others: “Knowledge is useless unless it is shared.”

I'm grateful to have been raised in a culture that celebrates vibrant, delicious plant-based meals, learning from incredible teachers, and embracing Ayurveda and holistic wellness. Sharing my journey is my way of expressing gratitude, allowing others to experience the joy and transformation I’ve enjoyed.

What has your entrepreneurial journey been like?

It’s a constant learning experience. Running your own business isn’t always glamorous; it requires wearing many hats. You learn the ins and outs of your business from the ground up.

Choosing to be an entrepreneur means pursuing your dreams, and even when it's tough, the passion and dedication are uniquely yours.

What has been your biggest lesson over the last year? 

Confronting my fears has been crucial. Tackling what I’ve avoided has shown me that familiarity diminishes fear.

What does a typical day look like for you? 

5:00 am. Rise, brush teeth, scrape tongue, and stand on my marma mat.

5:30-7:00 a.m. Brew CCF tea (cumin, coriander, fennel) and head to my meditation space for breath work and mantra meditation.

7:00 a.m. Morning workout—either weight training with Louise Hazel at Slay Gym or a cardio session.

8:30 a.m. Refresh with a shower (including a body scrub), then enjoy an abhyanga massage with herbal oils to support lymphatic drainage and soothe my nervous system.

9:00 a.m. Breakfast—a protein shake and hummus avocado toast with sprouts—followed by my workday with my team!

When do you wake up, and how much sleep do you typically get? 

I wake up at 5 a.m., getting about 7.5 hours of sleep each night.
