You can use rum, gin, vodka, or white port for a sonic, but my preference is white port for its added richness and lower alcohol content, perfect for day drinking. - 2 ounces (1/4 cup) sparkling water, chilled
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) tonic water, chilled
- 2 lime slices, 2 cucumber spears, 2 sprigs of lemon verbena (for garnish)
- 2 plum wedges and 2 orange wedges (for garnish)
Preparation Instructions
