What's been your key lesson in the past year?
During the pandemic, I realized the importance of prioritizing my health. As I age, ensuring restorative sleep is crucial for my effectiveness during the day. I haven't perfected all my habits—I know I should turn off my phone earlier—but I'm working on that!

Describe your morning routine. What does it entail?
I wake before dawn, down a 16-ounce glass of celery juice, then brew my coffee. After that, I hit the treadmill for 30 to 45 minutes of cardio while catching up on my day and checking in with my team (if they're awake). I alternate weight training with Pilates. Once I've worked out, I shower, get ready, and kick off my workday.

Has your workout routine changed as you've aged?
In my younger years, I was all about intense cardio, thinking longer was better. Now, I focus on moderate-intensity cardio that burns fat. This approach lets me enjoy food and drinks while feeling great in my skin. It helps prevent injuries and burnout, ensuring I maintain consistency instead of fluctuating between extremes.

If you had to credit your success to one factor, what would it be?
My communication skills stand out. I've learned to recognize that everyone absorbs information differently. The best communicators adapt their message to fit their audience. For example, if someone is easily distracted, I choose a distraction-free setting for our meeting. It's all about tuning into the other person and making the necessary adjustments so the conversation resonates.
Tracy Tutor's essential real estate tips for home buyers:
- Find a knowledgeable agent who understands the local market and has ample experience.
- Don't judge based solely on appearances. Hire a skilled inspector and additional specialists to thoroughly assess the property.
- Prioritize curb appeal. Remember, the location is crucial. You can enhance a home, but you can't change a poor location.
- Pay attention to layout; good flow and lighting make a big difference.
- Don't shy away from a bit of renovation. Personalizing a house requires vision and skilled contractors—never compromise on quality here.

What's your top beauty tip?
I'm serious about skincare. My mom, at 76, looks fantastic, and I'm grateful for her genes, but I also rely on quality products. I occasionally get laser treatments, but I prioritize my daily routine: moisturizing masks, serums, under-eye treatments, and products that balance my skin tone. Vitamin C is essential for reducing brown spots.
I cleanse my face using Dr. Lancer face wash. Afterward, I spritz with Epicurean Discovery Protein Mist Enzyme Spray. Then, I apply Barbara Sturm's Hyaluronic Serum and Dr. Lancer's Daily Moisturizer. SPF is a must: I prefer Barbara Sturm's Sunscreen.

What do you do to cultivate a more present and joyful life?
I enjoy walking with friends. This morning, I hiked for an hour with a friend, which left me feeling calm and positive all day. We disconnected from our phones, and it was refreshing. My job means I'm on calls from 6am to 10pm, so intentionally stepping back is crucial for mental clarity. When I do have a moment, I make sure to savor it.

What books are currently on your nightstand?
I'm a fan of Untamed, by Glennon Doyle. I plan to read The Nightingale on an upcoming family vacation. With my busy schedule, traveling is my chance to unwind and immerse myself in a great book.

What's your go-to getting-ready playlist?
I've curated a playlist featuring 90's icons—George Michael, Prince, and Whitney Houston.
If you had an extra hour each morning, how would you spend it?
Sex.

What do you want to be remembered for?
Living life on my own terms and motivating young women to do the same.
What's your greatest fear?
Mediocrity.
When faced with that fear, I…
Run toward it.
