- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated
- 4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 mini cucumber, sliced
- sunflower sprouts
- pickled red onion
- Natural roasted turkey breast
- Natural smoked uncured bacon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
Instructions
- Mix the mayonnaise and pesto together in a small bowl to create the pesto mayo.
- Arrange all the ingredients on a large cutting board, allowing guests to build their own club sandwiches.
- To assemble, place one slice of toasted bread, spread with pesto mayo, and layer with veggies, turkey, and bacon. Add another slice of bread, more mayo, veggies, turkey, and bacon, then top with a final slice of bread. Secure with a toothpick and enjoy!
