There's truly no better way to celebrate summer than with a margarita.
With temperatures soaring to 90 degrees in Austin, it's clear that outdoor happy hour season has officially begun.

Tequila cocktails are my favorite, and I love experimenting with flavors for a little twist. Plus, making them at home helps me skip the sugar overload and the headache that often comes from bar versions. This summer, I'll be enjoying two of our team's top margarita recipes:
Check out the classic margarita recipe!
Next, let's dive into my spicy grapefruit margarita recipe.
This spicy grapefruit margarita was born out of necessity during a family weekend at the lake when we found ourselves short on limes.
With some grapefruit on hand, I decided to get creative. When I served these spicy grapefruit margaritas, everyone loved the twist on the classic recipe.

I've been admiring all the colorful citrus at the market lately. The grapefruit juice not only adds a vibrant flavor but also brings a boost of vitamin C. It strikes the perfect balance of tart and sweet. For those who enjoy a little heat, the jalapeño adds a spicy kick to this refreshing drink.

This recipe has been a staple for me! I usually skip the agave and add El Naranjo orange liqueur instead ?
