This Valentine's Day, forget those ordinary chocolate boxes. Instead, whip up a batch of chocolate covered pretzels that are not only more delightful but also budget-friendly. The irresistible blend of sweet and salty flavors in these treats is hard to resist, especially when you use gluten-free pretzels. I'm planning to make these for my friends on February 14th—if they last that long in my kitchen!

I kept the decoration simple, using white chocolate, pink icing drizzle, and festive sprinkles.
The best part about this recipe is the freedom to customize it with your favorite chocolate, icing colors, and toppings!
These chocolate covered pretzels topped with sea salt, coconut, and pumpkin seeds are another fantastic combination we adore.

Description
Delicious Chocolate Covered Pretzels: A Sweet and Salty Delight
Ingredients
- 12 ounce bag of premium white chocolate
- 1 package of classic mini pretzels
- pink icing in a piping bag
- white nonpareils sprinkles
- coarse finishing salt, such as Maldon
Instructions
- Create a double boiler by simmering a few inches of water in a saucepan. Place a glass or metal bowl on top, ensuring it fits snugly without touching the water.
- Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and stir often. Once mostly melted, remove the boiler from heat and keep stirring until fully melted.
- Quickly dip each pretzel to coat while the chocolate is still warm. Place them on wax paper and drizzle with icing, then add sprinkles and sea salt.
- Let them set at room temperature, or refrigerate if you're short on time.
